Chapter 01
Therapeutic exercise, by the month
Therapeutic exercise is a monthly membership rather than a course of treatment. One session a week is $50 a month, two sessions a week is $75 a month, and three sessions a week is $100 a month. It is paid monthly.
One rule is worth stating clearly rather than burying: unused or missed visits do not roll over into the following month. If you pay for three a week and take two, the third is gone. We would rather you knew that now than felt misled in week six.
This is the option for people who have finished a course of physical therapy and do not want to lose the ground they gained, and for people who simply want supervised exercise in a room where somebody is watching their form.

Manual therapy, by the session
Manual therapy is $75 for a 30 minute session. A first visit is $100, which covers a 30 minute evaluation plus 30 minutes of treatment, because the first appointment has to establish what is going on before it can treat it.
The hour can include functional dry needling, soft tissue mobilization, instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization, therapeutic cupping, joint manipulation, Kinesio taping, and joint distractions for the cervical and lumbar spine.
Hailey Leindecker, PT, DPT, holds advanced training in Manual Therapy from Evidence in Motion and is certified in functional dry needling, blood flow restriction therapy, and instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization.
Chapter 03
Packages, and the expiry dates that come with them
Six sessions is $350 and must be used within three months. Twelve sessions is $700 and must be used within six months. At twelve sessions that works out to roughly $58 a session against the $75 single-session rate.
The expiry windows are part of the price, so they are printed here next to it rather than mentioned at the counter. Six sessions in three months is a session every other week, and twelve in six months is the same cadence over a longer run.
If you are not sure which of these fits, call and describe what you are trying to achieve. It is a short conversation and it is free.
